- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
- A proactive approach to identifying what needs to be done and taking appropriate action.
- Sound judgment and willingness to ask questions or seek guidance when needed.

- Genuine interest in providing excellent service to clients and coworkers.
Prior experience in trust administration, financial services, banking, legal services, or professional administrative support is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
What Success Looks Like
You are someone the team can depend on to keep things organized, follow through, and communicate when something needs attention. You take ownership of your responsibilities without needing constant direction while recognizing when a decision needs to be escalated.
As you grow in the role, you will develop a foundational understanding of trusts, fiduciary administration, and the systems and processes used to support our clients.
